Request for Access to the ABA Electronic Reporting System for Initial Applications

Programs interested in applying for initial ABA approval must submit this form requesting access to the electronic reporting system. Once this form is submitted, the program will be invoiced for the $2500 initial application fee. Once payment has been made, user information for the people identified in the form will be created and the program director will be able to login and create the initial application. This form is only for programs requesting access to the electronic reporting system for the purpose of applying for initial ABA approval. Individual user access must be submitted through a substantive change reporting form for a new or interim program director, or by request to ABA staff.
